How can I make returns or exchanges?

All orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2023, can be exchanged or returned until January 15, 2024. Simply call our office or email us at [email protected].

Exchanges will be given 100% credit while returns will incur a 10% fee due to credit card and handling fees.

What products are eligible for returns?

Experiences and Packages are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Personalized, altered, or customized items such as wall art, ornaments, framed collages, and the like are not eligible for return or exchange once customization instructions are received.

Certain limited edition merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

How do I return an online purchase?

What will my refund look like?

Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder's account, minus 10% of the original transaction amount, on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms, and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable store credit redeemable by phone call to (832) 559-0701.

Refunds or purchases by check or cash will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Julizza Gomez Portraits. 

What if I purchase prints or wall art from my session?

Once your order is made at your ordering session, the sale is final, and no part of the transaction is eligible for refund. 30-day return and exchange policy does not apply to in person or zoom sales by appointment.
